1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XRPeers, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Description

XRPeers is a peer-to-peer meeting protocol built on the XRP Ledger. We provide a marketplace for connecting hosts offering consultations with guests seeking expertise.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Hosts are responsible for the content of their services. Guests are responsible for payment as agreed.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed via the XRP Ledger. The platform charges an 8% fee on all transactions. 92% goes to the host.

5. Disputes

Disputes between hosts and guests should be resolved directly. XRPeers acts only as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for service quality.

6. Limitation of Liability

XRPeers is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
